In order to place a reservation you must provide a down payment of 50% of the total price of the selected party package. The remainder amount it must be paid one week before the Party or event.
You may bring additional food to your party as long is not require cooking, heating or refrigeration. Please note that confetti, popcorn, ice cream, smash cake are not allowed.
You may bring your own decorator. Price will be the same. No discounts. Outside decorators will need to provide a liability insurance. Set up time is 30 mins. before your party time.
You may arrive no more than 15 min. before your party time If set up takes longer party time will start to run Guest will not be able to enter until your set up is complete due to safety and liability.
All party packages are for 2 hrs. Once your party has ended you will be required to exit the facility If you Wish to stay after the party is over, the additional time must be reserved in advanced for an additional cost. Children from 6 month to 11 years old must be counted as children for the party package. Children over the age of 12 years old will be counted as “adults” but will not be able to stay alone with children as the caregiver Please limit the number of adults attending to no more than 2 per child.
All sales are final, No refunds regardless of any circumstances Reschedule is allow only two weeks before your party.
A signed contract agreement must accompany all reservations. Note that you are responsible for al or any missing, damage or broken property that may arise during your party including those damages incurred by your guests. KIDZ Play and Party Club Corp. has the right to charge you for any missing, damage or broken property at the end of your party or event. Kidz Ray & Party Cub Corp. reserves the right of admission.
You will not hold liable Kidz Play and Party Club Corp. or any Corporate representative for any circumstance or events during, before or after your Party, event or participation in any of our programs
